Trekking to Largest and Deepest Rara Lake of Nepal
Rara Lake is located at western part of Nepal and it is deepest and largest Lake of Nepal. The Lake is centre of Rara National Park and best destination for a trek in western Nepal. The trails are very much “off the beaten tracks” and afford sight of culture and scenery very different from those in the rest of Nepal. Rara is clear, high altitude lake ringed with pine, spruces and junipers forests and snowcapped Himalayan peak. In winter there is often snow on the ridges nearby the lake. Mostly up and down hiking through forests and remote village leads to a high altitude lake bounded by trees. If you are a bird watcher or want something, close to wilderness knowledge. The treks begin from Daphne Lagna and end at Jaljala Chaur, Jumla.
This is a first day trek maybe of your life and the trial pass through the small villages greetings and welcoming.
