Helambu Valley is especially well-known for its natural-beauty and magnificent typical weather with the wonderful view of the outstanding snow covered mountains.

  • Day 01: Kathmandu-1350m (D):
    Upon Arrival meet, assist and transfer to hotel and welcome drinks. Check-In hotel & trek briefing. Late afternoon at leisure time hike in Thamel, a well-liked tourist area in Kathmandu Valley and busy bazaar which offers a glimpse of Nepal's lively ethnic culture. Welcome dinner at evening in hotel.
  • Day 02: Kathmandu / Syabru Besi-1550m (BLD):
    After morning breakfast, check-out hotel and drive to Syabru Besi, drive out along the north-western hills of Kathmandu. It takes about seven hours. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views and hilly lifestyle through the terrace field and rural village. Lunch will be on the way between Kathmandu and Syabru at Trisuli bazaar. Upon reaching Syabru Besi trekking lodge check-in and dinner.
  • Day 03: Syabru Besi / Lama Hotel-2700m (BLD):
    After breakfast trek to Lama Hotel, at morning trail cross through Bhote-Koshi River and follow the Langtang Khola. The trail is gradually ascent-up to Bamboo passing through Landslides. And, you trek ascend gently to Rimche-2400m, through Bamboo which lies at the bank of Langtang River. And at the end your trails is level to the Lama Hotel. Perhaps, en-route you will see Red Panda, monkey and bear if you are lucky. Stay overnight and dinner at Lama Hotel.
  • Day 04: Lama Hotel / Langtang-3307m (BLD):
    Morning breakfast at Lama Hotel and we carry on the ascent above the Langtang River. The trail progress, it goes ascent steeper. We have the most interesting sight of Langtang Li-rung at 7246m. The trail lead to a log-bridge and on climbing further we come cross lush meadow of Ghora-Tabela at 3000m. Then we will see a police check-post and quite a few lodges. The rout opens up onto a wide-valley of take pastures and scattered Tamang Village with water driven mills (Pani-Ghatta) and prayer wheels. We will reach at Langtang after cross the river. Langtang-Village is the headquarters of Langtang National Park and has flat roofed Tibetan style houses, hotel and farm lands yielding buckwheat, potato, wheat, turnips, barley etc. Today's evening dinner will be at Tamang Village Tea House.
  • Day 05: Langtang / Kyanjian Gompa-3900m (BLD):
    Morning breakfast and, trail passes on through Yak grazing land. Then pass the biggest Mani wall in Nepal, made from Himali stone with prayer written on them. The prayer written on the Mani wall is theoretical to be blown away by the wind. Continue walk and cross some of the wooden bridges. Kyajian Gompa is surrounded by the Himalayas all around. Upon reaching Kyanjian Gompa, you can take a walk around and enjoy of views, glacier, icefall, birds and Yaks. Enjoy the evening dinner at guest house.
  • Day 06: Kyanjian Gompa / Lama Hotel-2700m (BLD):
    Breakfast and walk mostly downhill at morning, it takes about 5 hours walk from Kyanjian Gompa to Lama Hotel. Lunch will be on the way and the trail goes all the way down hill through forests following the stream. Our trail passes through the Tamang (ethnic group of Nepal) settlement those follow culture and religious practice similar to the Tibetans. Overnight stay at Tea house.
  • Day 07: Lama Hotel / Thulo Syabru-2230m (BLD):
    After breakfast at morning trail descend to Langtang River, and cross the bridge then easy walk to Bamboo, walk gently descend to Landslide lodge and you may some rest. After rest, ready trek to climb to Thulo Syabru. On the way you will see the charming view of Langtang Himal and other, and trek you will passes through pine forests and Juniper forests then reach Thulo Syabru, Tamang Village. Evening dinner will be at Tulosyabru.
  • Day 08: Thulo Syabru / Shin Gompa-3330m (BLD):
    Breakfast and you take the open trail climbing up to Dimza-Village, and the trail continue less steeply, through rhododendrons, hemlocks and oaks forests to Shin Gompa. On the way you will walk and see great beautiful views of Langtang Himalaya and valley. Shin Gompa is another famous place for Cheese of this area. Dinner and good sleep will at Shin Gompa.
  • Day 09: Shin Gompa / Gosaikunda-4460m (BLD):
    At morning the trail ascend easily through rhododendron enclosed point to the top of the edge and through a forest area. There in between Shin Gompa and Lauribina probable to see the Yak (mountain cow), Red Panda, and bear. You will return to the edge path and go up a broad route through alpine area to arrive at a Gosaikunda. Travel around the Lakes (this lake is very religious lake of Hindu people) and overnight in Gosaikunda.
  • Day 10: Gosaikunda / Lauribina Pass-4610m / Ghopte-3430m (BLD):
    Morning breakfast and trek to Ghopte at morning, early part of the three hours trek to Lauribina-Pass is a little rough and hard. While you reach the top of the pass you will have superior view of the Gosaikunda area then Helambu Valley. Upon reach Ghopte rest and enjoy evening dinner.
  • Day 11: Ghopte/Thadepati Bhanjyang Pass-3690m / Melamchi Gaon-2560m (BLD):
    After breakfast, trek down through a woodland area, and climb through a dry stream to arrive at a Kharka that is surrounded by rhododendron forests. Trek up through the forests to arrive at the hare Pati (Resting place). Begin climbing the edge of Thada-pati Pass which is openly above the village and entrance a forested area, then descending to Melamchi-River all the way to Melamchi Gaon. Enjoy the evening dinner at Melamchi Gaon and their hospitality.
  • Day 12: Melamchi Gaon / Tarkyjhyang-2600m (BLD):
    At morning breakfast at tea house in Melamchi Gaon. The trails descend through forest to a bamboo tea-shop at 2600m, than go down steeply through field to the Melamchi-River. And cross the suspension bridge at 1920m the trail start its long climb toward Tarkejhyang, which is a largest village of Helambu area. The Nepalese houses made from Stone here are built close together with narrow passages separating them. The Gompa of village has a big brass prayer wheel. At afternoon is fine to visit around Tarkejhyang and see their culture and life style. Evening dinner and rest at the Tarkejhyang.
  • Day 13: Tarkejhyang / Sermanthang-2590m (BLD):
    After breakfast at tea house, easy walk to Sermanthang. On the way we will see forest, rivers, and then waterfalls. Today's trails make a sweeps around the broad valley end between Prachins and the Sherpa village of Ganjyul. Upon reached the Sermanthang rest and enjoy with Nepali lifestyle and hospitality. There is a Buddhist Monastery at the top of the village. Evening dinner will be at tea house.
  • Day 14: Sermanthang / Melamchi Bazaar-846m (BLD):
    Enjoy your morning breakfast at trekking lodge. The trail goes downwards to Melamchi Bazaar. The villages are generally populated by the Sherpa, but there are also mix cast of Nepali people. Upon reached the Melamchi Bazaat rest and enjoy with local people and trekking crew because you encountered the Langtang Gosaikunda Helambu trek. Last trekking dinner at Melamchi Bazaar.
  • Day 15: Melamchi Bazaar / Kathmandu (1300m):
    Morning breakfast at village lodge, drive to Kathmandu. It takes around five hours drive from Melamchi Bazaar. Lunch will be on the way between Melamchi and Kathmandu. Upon reached Kathmandu Check-In Hotel.

    At afternoon walk around the Thamel, for last minutes enjoyable shopping of souvenir might be you missed in first day. Then check-in Hotel and walk around the Thamel for last minute shopping. After that, transfer to Nepali Restaurant for farewell dinner with traditional cultural performance.
  • Day 16: Kathmandu / Departure (B):
    After breakfast check-out hotel and transfer by Eco Venture Assistant to airport for departure.
